Key Responsibilities:
Senior BI Developer Business Impact & Collaboration Play a key role in solving business problems through data-driven solutions. Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and end users in a fast-paced environment. Guide teams in adopting Agile methodologies to deliver technology products efficiently. Establish best practices that produce high-quality data products and services. Data Architecture & Pipeline Development Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable data architectures and models. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture for seamless data flow. Assemble large, complex datasets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements. Identify and implement internal process improvements such as automating manual processes and optimizing data/report delivery. Infrastructure & Analytics Tools Build infrastructure for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from multiple sources using SQL and other technologies. Develop analytics tools that leverage data pipelines to provide insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and business performance metrics. Create data tools that help analytics teams build and optimize innovative industry-leading products. Stakeholder & Business Engagement Work with executives, IT/engineering, and finance teams to support data-related initiatives.
