Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards using data sourced from:
Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse (Delta tables via OneLake)
Azure Data Lake Gen2 and Databricks Delta Lake
Build and optimize data models using Import, DirectLake, and DirectQuery modes depending on architecture.
Access and transform data using Microsoft Fabric Pipelines, Synapse Notebooks, and Databricks Notebooks.
Connect Power BI reports to:
Databricks SQL Warehouse
Synapse Serverless SQL Endpoint
Fabric Lakehouse Delta Tables
Implement secure access control using Row-Level Security (RLS) and Column-Level Security (CLS).
Apply best practices to optimize dashboard performance, data refresh frequency, and memory usage.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reporting into the Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for scalable and structured data consumption.
Participate in requirements gathering, stakeholder reviews, and iterative dashboard delivery cycles.
