Salary:

This isa unique opportunity for a highly driven individual with deepindustry experience to shape the growth of a rapidly scalingdivision focused on high-impact automation strategies. You’ll wearmany hats early on – leading sales, developing strategy, craftinggo-to-market materials, and managing key client relationships. Responsibilities:

Develop andexecute a go-to-market strategy for warehouse automation solutionsLead direct sales efforts with a focus on B2B clients Identify,engage, and close opportunities with key decision-makers in targetindustries (e.g., medical device, food & beverage) Customizesolutions for client-specific warehouse needs and lead tailoredproposal development Collaborate with engineering teams to deliverwarehouse management systems. Manage full-cycle projects in theearly stage of the business unit; transition execution tooperations as team scales Travel nationwide up to 75% to clientsites

Job Details Qualifications:

10-15 years in the warehouseautomation industry Deep knowledge of

ASRS, WMS, ERP

integration,AGV systems and conveyors. Proven success in B2B solution sales andstrategy Experience managing proposals, budgets, and leadingtechnical sales cycles Ability to work independently and scalebusiness from the ground up Interested in hearing more?
