Superintendent/Owner’s Rep Cornerstone Group International Miami, FL 33133 Job Summary Outstanding opportunity to join a growing organization and be a critical addition the team in Miami. This position calls for leadership, outstanding technical skills, exceptional site management experience, attention to details, and bi-lingual (Spanish and English) communication abilities. We need a General Superintendent with the mind-set of an Owner’s Representative. The position is with a leading construction consulting firm specializing in real estate project management. They are seeking an experienced General Superintendent for multi-million high-rise projects in Brickell Miami.

! Our client is well established in South Florida. The opportunity requires a hands-on leader who will be the essential executive to drive continued success for the project. S/he will be a collaborative leader with demonstrated success managing teams and working with multiple functions across the organization. With a minimum of 20 years experience, with ground-up through to close out high rise construction experience, the successful candidate will be a bilingual professional who has strong execution skills and a demonstrated bias for achieving (or exceeding!) goals and timelines. Ideally this executive will have experience with IPD and/or Lean Methodologies.
