601 E ROLLINS ST, Orlando, 32803 The role you’ll contribute: The Executive Director of Care Transformation will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for designing, implementing, and sustaining innovative care delivery models across the hospital system. This role will focus on improving patient outcomes, enhancing care coordination, and driving system-wide initiatives that align with the hospital’s mission, vision, and goals. The Executive Director will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to implement evidence-based practices and ensure the highest standard of care. The value you’ll bring to the team: Serve as Executive Director of Care Transformation, which is a key part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO). Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight to the Care Transformation team, ensuring alignment of team priorities with organizational goals and driving successful execution of initiatives. Develop and execute a comprehensive care transformation strategy that improves clinical outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency. Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team on best practices for care delivery innovation. Identify and prioritize initiatives that align with value-based care principles and health equity goals. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Master’s in Business Administration, Accounting, or a healthcare related field. Three years plus of business experience in such areas as hospital administration, strategic planning, business, operational, and financial planning Required.
