QuickBooks Online Cleanup & Simplification Consultant (4 week Project) Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique 10901 Roosevelt Blvd N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33716

Project Overview:

Seeking a QuickBooks Online Consultant for a 3-4 week project focused on streamlining and simplifying our existing QuickBooks Online environment, which has grown complex over the past 10 years. This is a cleanup and simplification effort, not routine bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

Review and simplify all aspects of our QuickBooks Online setup (chart of accounts, item lists, tracking features, reports, integrations). Develop and implement a plan to streamline the system for improved efficiency and reporting. Clean up and organize data within QuickBooks Online. (primarily inventory) Work directly with the CEO and provide regular updates. Complete the project within the 3-4 week timeframe.

Qualifications:

Most important is the ability to work at our office directly with the CEO Proven experience as a QuickBooks Online Consultant with cleanup and simplification expertise. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online best practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
