HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Transformation Office as an Analyst. The Transformation Office is responsible for driving strategic change initiatives across the organization to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support long-term business goals. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and measurement of transformation initiatives across functions and business units. 40% Analytics Analyze data across key business functions including design, sourcing, production, merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations Support KPI tracking across initiatives aimed at improving cost efficiency, speed-to-market, product quality, and customer experience Conduct data-driven analysis to support the identification, scoping, and prioritization of transformation initiatives Conduct industry and competitive research to track market share and benchmark best practices in the apparel, fashion, and retail sectors -Assist in developing business cases, financial models, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate project feasibility and ROI Maintain the central repository of documentation and artifacts related to transformation initiatives Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous process improvements through data analysis and best practices 30% Operational Execution Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare financial plans, operating forecasts, and business trends and metrics Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leaders and stakeholders Support change management efforts, including communication plans and training materials Monitor operational KPIs and implementation milestones to identify execution risks, recommend corrective actions, and ensure alignment with project goals and business objectives 30% Cross Functional Consensus Building Partner with cross-functional teams—including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and eCommerce—to gather input, align on goals, and facilitate execution Collaborate with other TMO members to drive address dependencies and alignment Navigate and build consensus, often with competing priorities and differing viewpoints; use data-driven insights and negotiation skills to drive collective agreements and smooth execution while removing roadblocks Champion a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to embrace new technologies, automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance performance
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF
Must have: Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze ROI, and drive efficiencies -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Action-oriented approach to taking on new opportunities with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm -Ability to establish ambitious and measurable goals, monitor progress, and adjust course as needed Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that is performing while transforming Proven, productive cross-functional partner relationships that drive the work forward Preferred skills and experience: Experience in deploying retail solutions Experience with advanced analytics tools Strong understanding of retail transformation Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus 2+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or transformation roles
