Your responsibilities willinclude:

Contributing to the

Execution of NextGen ERP ClientAssignments:

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants anddigital specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning andexceptional client service. Collaborate closely with BCG and client teams, bringing deepERP expertise and strategic vision to influence project outcomesand enhance technological capabilities. Ensure the high quality and relevance of strategic andoperational recommendations, while maintaining a forward-lookingperspective on the evolution of SAP/ERP and its integration intoclients’ tech landscapes. Engage directly with C-level executives to develop strategicvisions, synthesize recommendations, and challenge conventionalassumptions, driving alignment between technology and businessgoals. Drive transformational value for clients through the innovativeapplication of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics,ensuring these technologies are fully integrated into businesscapabilities.

Building NextGen ERP Skills and Capabilities WithinBCG:

Cultivate and nurture ERP technology expertise within BCG,helping to coach and develop a high-performing team of architectsand consultants. Create awareness of BCG’s ERP expertise among externalstakeholders; participate in key industry forums and present ontopics relevant to senior management and the technologycommunity. Contribute significantly to BCG’s thought leadership bydeveloping compelling offerings and go-to-market materials thatadvance our strategic goals in the ERP domain. Publish articles in external journals, industry trademagazines, and on platforms like BCG.com and LinkedIn to showcaseBCG’s leadership in ERP innovation.

Supporting Business Developmentand NextGen ERP Commercial Opportunities:

Proactively identify and assess potential businessopportunities within the ERP landscape by leveraging insights andtrends in digital transformation and emerging technologies,including GenAI. Engage in strategic discussions with potential clients toexplore their needs and align BCG’s capabilities with theirorganizational objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,ensuring ongoing satisfaction while uncovering new businessopportunities through regular engagement and strategic accountmanagement. Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentationsthat effectively communicate the strategic value of NextGen ERPsolutions, customizing them to address specific client challengesand highlight potential business impacts. Collaborate with other BCG practices and digital teams todeliver integrated solutions that leverage the full breadth ofBCG’s expertise, fostering a culture of cross-functional teamworkto enhance service delivery and client outcomes. What You’ll Bring Minimum 10

Years of Digital Experience:

Solid background in thedigital field, especially ERP transformation programs, productmanagement, and technical architecture. 5-7

Years of Consulting Experience:

Proven track record inconsulting, with a focus on driving large-scale ERP andplatform-enabled transformations. Experience in

Key Technical Domains:

Robust understanding ofERP platforms and related technical architecture solutions andexperience delivering them across key areas such as finance, supplychain, or order-to-cash.

Advanced Analytical and Strategic Thinking Skills:

Ability tonavigate complex challenges, develop compelling business cases fortechnology-led transformations, and provide clear actionableinsights for executive leadership.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

Proficient in conveyingcomplex technical and business concepts to diverse stakeholders,including C-suite executives. Capable of crafting clear, persuasivepresentations and facilitating high-stakes meetings andnegotiations.

Leadership and Relationship Building Skills:

Demonstratedability to lead teams and build strong relationships with bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders to align strategies anddrive successful outcomes.

Education:

Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree(MS or MBA) from a reputable institution.
