Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks. Crete is currently leveraging the MS Azure tech stack along with several third-party SaaS Solutions. These include but are not limited to: Azure Synapse Azure Integration Services Azure Datalake Power Platform Trimble Spectrum ERP BuildOps SalesForce CRM UKG Human Resource Management Understand and help implement ETL processes in Crete’s Azure based Data Lake. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage vendor relationships, technology contracts, and IT budgets. Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, analytics, and system integrations. Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong background in enterprise systems and infrastructure. Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects and cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, data governance, and digital transformation Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
