  • Responsible for driving the company’s IT, data and analytics and digital programs and overseeing the product management lifecycle.

Serve as a visionary leader with a deep understanding of technology trends, a strong business acumen, and exceptional product management skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate, design, and implement solutions that enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and drive business growth.

Divisional Strategic Planning:

+ Lead divisional strategic planning efforts including holistic and integrated technology, information security, digital, data and analytics, and customer experience programs aligned with the company’s priorities and long-term goals. + Lead and oversee divisional and annual/enterprise planning and resource needs (e.g., prioritization and sequencing people/shared resources, investments/funding, and/or acquisition of key assets/capabilities) to support divisional goals. + Develop and manage a holistic technology/digital/D&A program roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.

Technology Program Delivery, Oversight, and Change Management:

+ Lead and oversee the IT/Digital/D&A technical portfolio management and delivery functions, from strategic planning to execution/program evaluation. + Partner with EPMO to determineoptimal delivery approach (Agile vs. waterfall), progress, and outcomes. + Partner with business/initiative owners to define program/product success metrics/KPIs, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. + Collaborate with internal teams, key partners, and vendors to manage the IT/Digital/D&A technology delivery portfolio and ensure effective execution and committed value. + Monitor milestone progress and vendor performance as needed to ensure high quality and timely delivery within budget. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to validate program outcomes. + Lead organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. ​

Innovation and Market Intelligence:

+ Identify and understand emerging technologies, capabilities, and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage with a focus on: healthcare technology landscape, advanced analytics (incl. Generative AI), and digital transformation. + Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. + Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with business objectives and secure necessary resources.
