The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Cybersecurity Technology trends, a strong background in IT management, and the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals. As the CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology landscape and ensuring that our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to align with business goals. Oversee system design and architecture to ensure robust, efficient, and scalable solutions. Manage Security and IT operations, including infrastructure management, cybersecurity measures (including firewalls), and compliance with industry standards such as PCI. Lead application development initiatives while ensuring adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. Foster innovation by exploring emerging technologies such as AI and distributed systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate APIs that enhance system interoperability. Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, promoting professional development and effective team management. Monitor technological advancements and assess their potential impact on the organization. Qualifications Proven experience in Managed Security and Destop Support/ IT management in a leadership role within the Managed Security sector. Strong knowledge of system design principles and application development methodologies. Strong Background in cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls and compliance standards like PCI. Experience with SDLC processes and best practices for software development. Demonstrated ability to manage distributed systems and leverage technologies effectively. Excellent team management skills with a track record of building successful teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively. Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
