Job Summary Rich Products, a $5.5Billionfood manufacturing company, is looking for a Director, PlatformTechnology Services, to join our IT team. In this position, youwill play a critical role in scaling out services capability acrossthe enterprise. This includes leading a team of product managersand platform engineers to ensure the successful delivery of ITsolutions that meet business needs. This role is also responsiblefor developing and executing a product and platform strategy thataligns with the overall IT and business strategy. Additionally,this role is accountable for managing the product and platformlifecycle, including product roadmap, product development, productlaunch, and ongoing product support and maintenance. The idealcandidate will bring their knowledge of managing delivery of
CRM &ERP
systems on an enterprise scale within a manufacturingenvironment and will have a track record of successfully deliveringcomplex projects on time and in budget. You will also leadcross-functional teams (including offshore). We are happy toconsider remote candidates for this role, with travel to Buffalo,NY as per business need Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Strategic Leadership:
o Define and execute the vision, strategy,and roadmap for IT platforms, ensuring alignment with businessgoals. o Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable,high-performing, and secure IT solutions. o Drive innovation toenhance IT capabilities, focusing on automation, efficiency, anduser satisfaction.
- Platform execution: o Oversee the lifecyclemanagement of enterprise applications, ensuring they meet currentand future business needs.
o Collaborate with business units tounderstand requirements and implement solutions that improveoperational efficiency and productivity. o Optimize softwareintegration to ensure seamless workflows across the organization. oEnsure high availability, performance, and scalability ofinfrastructure to meet organizational demands. o Monitor andaddress infrastructure-related challenges proactively. o Implementbest practices for IT service management (ITSM) and processimprovements. o Establish and monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure operational success. o Develop and maintainrobust security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard ITsystems and data. o Oversee compliance with regulatory requirementsand industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Platformlifecycle management: Instill a data-centric approach for solutiondevelopment and a robust ‘test and learn’ framework for iterativesolution measurement and delivery
- Turn vision into outcomes:
Convert strategy and vision into tangible platform features andofferings that balance impact on user adoption and business value.
Ability to rapidly develop business cases and prioritizeaccordingly.
- Business to IT translation: Leverage knowledge of ITand software delivery lifecycle to support in translatingfunctional requirements into clear, comprehensive technicalrequirements. Be the bridge back to the business to setexpectations regarding timelines, resourcing requirements,dependencies, etc.
- Cultural leadership: Instill a strong productculture by establishing norms and systems that promotecollaboration and innovation across all functions
Stakeholdermanagement:
Clearly communicate and evolve product vision, strategyand roadmap with executive stakeholders across all functions of thebusiness.
- Team development: attract and retain a diverse, highcaliber, output-oriented platform team
Knowledge, Experience andSkills Required:
- Proven experience as a Director of Applications/Infrastructure or in a comparable executive leadership role(consulting experience a plus)
- Broad industry experience acrossmanufacturing and consumer, spanning both digital and physicalplatforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or related field.
- Proven experience (10 years) inmanaging IT application delivery, including managing SAP ERP, CRM,Custom, and SaaS technologies.
- Strong understanding ofapplication lifecycle management, including requirements gathering,solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability tomotivate and mentor a diverse team of technical professionals.
- Project management expertise with a track record of successfullydelivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaboratewith business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology strategieswith business goals.
- Proven experience in risk management andproblem-solving, with the ability to navigate through challengesand uncertainties.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree.
- Knowledge ofITIL and other relevant frameworks for IT service management.
- Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry trends andemerging technologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific complianceand regulatory standards.

In accordancewith state law, the rate or range provided is Rich ProductsCorporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), reasonableestimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amountmay be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such asexperience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, andlocation.
