Position Overview The Portfolio Execution & Enablement Lead, NGT will play a critical role in driving transparency, governance, and value realization across the Next Gen Transformation (NGT) portfolio. This role supports the orchestration of multiple high-impact transformation programs by implementing best-in-class portfolio management practices, maintaining centralized tools and reporting, and enabling decision-making at the executive level. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of structure and strategy, with a strong background in portfolio tracking, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support end-to-end portfolio management for NGT, ensuring accurate tracking of program progress, interdependencies, risks, and value delivery. Maintain and enhance portfolio-level tools and dashboards (e.g., RAID logs, value realization trackers, roadmaps) to ensure alignment with transformation goals. Coordinate with program leads and workstream owners to collect updates and ensure consistency in reporting across initiatives. Drive adherence to governance standards and facilitate cadence for portfolio reviews, steering committees, and executive reporting. Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide insights to inform strategic decisions. Support financial tracking efforts, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals, in partnership with Finance and PMO. Act as a key liaison between Finance, Technology, and Business Units to ensure integrated planning and alignment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio management frameworks, processes, and templates. Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, or transformation support roles. Strong familiarity with portfolio governance, reporting frameworks, and value realization methodologies. Experience with project/portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Clarity, Power BI, or similar platforms. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and executive-ready insights. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise change initiatives. Knowledge of financial planning, capital management, or benefits tracking.
