Job Type:

Full-time based in Brick , Toms River and Linden NJ.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office, conducting telehealth visits , treating patients in hospitals.
• Continuous learning.
• Participating in digital health systems development.
• Collaborating with in-office colleagues.

Job Requirements:

• Completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified.
• State licensed in New Jersey.
• Cardiology experience preferred.
