Description:
As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be providing•
Strategic Direction & Development Guidance:
Provide expert insights and hands-on guidance to teams responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and evolving our offerings. Act as a mentor and facilitator, fostering a deep understanding of market needs, customer value, and modern agile practices. Help refine approaches to ensure our solutions consistently resonate and drive impact, elevating the capabilities and processes related to innovation and value delivery within the organization. This includes embedding principles of continuous feedback, iterative development, and rigorous quality refinement throughout the product lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Synergy & Resource Alignment:
Take the lead in harmonizing efforts across various departments and initiatives. This includes assessing existing enterprise-wide methodologies and adapting them to suit the unique context and needs of the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration, coordinated workflows, and efficient resource allocation. Driveplex projects forward and achieve unified strategic objectives while facilitating effectivemunication channels and decision-making frameworks.
In-Depth Business Assessment & Optimization:
Systematically examine existing business processes, operational structures, and investment areas with a critical eye. Identify foundational inefficiencies, redundancies, andponents that no longer serve our strategic goals. Provide objective, data-driven rmendations for strategic redirection, pruning, and restructuring to enhance organizational vitality and agility.
Propelling Organizational Advancement:
Develop and champion practical strategies that translate analysis into actionable steps for significant organizational uplift. Drive the adoption of advanced agile methodologies, principles of continuous improvement, and robust quality assurance frameworks, enabling the entire enterprise to adapt swiftly, deliver high-quality oues, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Operational Transition & Implementation Support:
Guide teams through the execution of refined strategies and operational shifts, including the thoughtful integration of proven enterprise-level processes and best practices. Provide practical support and expertise to ensure smooth transitions, effective change adoption, and sustainable performance improvements following key transformations.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead significant organizational transitions, driving both strategic clarity and operational excellence.
Exceptional analytical acumen, with a talent for deconstructingplex systems and identifying root causes of challenges and opportunities.
Demonstrated experience in shaping and advancing the development of customer-centric solutions and market offerings, including guiding teams in product lifecycle best practices, agile methodologies, and quality management.
A strong capacity for integrating disparate functions and initiatives into a cohesive, high-performing ecosystem, with experience in adapting and applying enterprise-level processes to specific organizational contexts.
Skilled at providing objective assessments and making difficult but necessary rmendations for strategic recalibration and resource optimization.
Superiormunication, influencing, and facilitation skills, capable of engaging and motivating stakeholders at all organizational levels.
A forward-thinking mindset with a pragmatic approach to achieving measurable and sustainable progress.
Prior experience in a strategic advisory, enterprise architecture, or internal transformation role is highly valued.

Pay Range•: OR $85 per hour>
•Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
