We are searching for the best talent to craft and drive our end-to-end Supply Chain Procurement Digital strategy. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various teams to create transformative digital solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver significant value across our business segments.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Shape and drive the development and deployment of a best-in-class Supply Chain Procurement digital strategy through a multi-year digital capabilities’ roadmap across key strategic processes.

+ Lead the prioritization of use cases, solutions deployment, and data governance in partnership with JJT, GS, Digital & Data Science, using enterprise frameworks for effective delivery. + Act within a broader ecosystem of digital solutions, ensuring interdependencies are understood and demonstrated effectively (e.g., Porta Supplier Hub, Supplier Product Risk Assessment). + Drive the evolution of the digital stack to accelerate speed to insights and provide a streamlined digital experience for both external suppliers and internal customers. + Own SC Procurement PRISMA data and analytics, leading Supplier Performance Management Dashboards and advancing analytics capabilities. + Evangelize the value of analytics services and collaborate with business leaders to find opportunities for applying sophisticated analytics. + Ensure alignment and synchronization of our data strategy with the analytics and data sciences strategies of partner functions.

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education:
  • + Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MA/MBA) preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Required:
  • + 10 years of proven experience.

+ Consistent track record in delivering ground-breaking data and analytics strategies at functional or enterprise levels. + Experience as a people manager. + Experience in applying advanced analytics and data sciences capabilities to complex business challenges. + Deep understanding of data processes, including creation, management, quality, and visualization. + Strong eye for business with the ability to derive insights from market conditions. + Outstanding communication, partnering, and customer management skills. + Strategic problem solver with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights for senior executives.

  • + Demonstrated ability to innovate and connect information into new insights. + Experience running a digital capabilities and analytics portfolio. + Consistent track record in talent development and team building. + Strong interpersonal skills, with a consultative and facilitative approach. + Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences confidently.

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
  • $146,000
  • $267,900 Additional Description for
Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short

  • and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation
  • up to 120 hours per calendar year Sick time
  • up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington
  • up to 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays
