Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced vCISO to provide cybersecurity leadership and oversight for NFTA. This role will drive the development and implementation of NFTA s security roadmap and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level leadership and direction on cybersecurity strategy and governance.
Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide security policies and procedures.
Oversee regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and audit responses.
Collaborate with NFTA s Chief Technology Officer and other stakeholders.
Support incident response planning, disaster recovery, and cyber risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
10+ years in information security leadership roles.
Proven track record in developing and managing enterprise security programs.
Strong knowledge of
NIST, NYS ITS
standards, and public sector regulations.
Certifications:
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
