You’ll spend ~75 % of your time coding (TypeScript) and 25 % building and mentoring a world-class team . Your mandate is to scale our tweet-to-token infrastructure from hundreds of launches per minute to thousands, harden security and reliability, and ship new creator-monetization primitives—while keeping our shipping velocity as our unfair advantage. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Scaling Own the technical roadmap Design and implement the next-gen bonding-curve engine and liquidity-migration pipelines (Rust, Solana, Meteora, Helius/QuickNode) Drive performance initiatives—sub-second tweet-to-mint flow, autoscaling workers, edge-cache strategy with Cloudflare Workers/Queues Product Collaboration Partner with Product, Design, and Growth to prototype, A/B test, and launch features that improve creator earnings and reduce rug-pull risk Translate regulatory and risk insights from Legal into secure-by-design systems (KYC hooks, rate-limiting, circuit-breakers) Team Leadership & Culture Recruit, hire, and develop a high-leverage squad of full-stack and protocol engineers. What We’re Looking For 5 + years building high-throughput distributed systems, with 3 + years in a team-lead or management role Fluency in TypeScript/Node.js ; comfortable shipping production code weekly Deep experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Fly.io) , container orchestration, and edge compute (Cloudflare) Proven track record scaling consumer or fintech products from zero-to-one and beyond—ideally in crypto, trading, or real-time social apps Strong knowledge of relational data modeling (PostgreSQL) and high-speed caching (Redis) Passion for clean, delightful front-end and/or mobile UX—even if it’s not your daily focus Security-first mindset; familiarity with key management, smart-contract audits, and safe roll-outs Startup grit: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and eagerness to jump into any part of the stack when needed
