THE ROLE

As a Member of Technical Staff on the Product Engineering team, you’ll take full ownership of a product area-designing, building, and iterating on user experiences that go far beyond traditional software paradigms. This is not just about shipping code; it’s about shaping the future of how humans interact with intelligent systems.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment, contributing to both the technical and cultural foundation of the company.
Own and drive product development from concept to deployment.
Design and build full-stack features (front-end or back-end focused).
Collaborate with engineering, ML, and product teams to define user experiences.

Contribute to the company’s technical direction and culture as it scales rapidly.
SKILLS
Comp Sci Degree from a Top School
4+ years of full-stack engineering experience (front-end or back-end leaning).
Strong product intuition and a desire to own and drive product outcomes.
Ability to reason from first principles and solve complex problems.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and their real-world applications.
Strong collaboration and mentorship skills.
Preference for in-person collaboration in a high-energy office environment.
