Job Functions:

Ability to manage Delivery with distributed teams and Multiple clients
Very strong communication and active listener
Up-to-date on latest technology trends on digital including –
Digital Transformations, Cloud, DevSecOps

Ability to manage multiple teams in various geographies and lead account growth
Experience in participating in pursuits and bring in new ideas to win large initiatives, end to end
Strong communications skills:
Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
Ability to communicate message to customer representatives, listen and manage their concerns
Ability to read context and people
Must have very strong verbal communication skills.
Must have strong written skills, esp. in MS Word and PowerPoint.
Should be able to prepare his / her PowerPoint presentations for customer and internal presentations
