What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead Groundbreaking Projects :

    As the Director, you’ll be in the driver’s seat, guiding a talented team of Oracle Program Managers and consultants to overhaul our casino estate using OPERA Cloud. From small-scale projects to enterprise-level transformations , you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of hospitality operations.

  • Create & Execute a
Global Vision :

Collaborate with Account Leads, Product Strategy, Support, and Partner Management to build a seamless global delivery framework that ensures smooth casino migrations to OPERA Cloud.

  • Scale Your Impact :

    From 200-room properties to massive resorts with thousands of rooms , you’ll manage projects of all sizes-each offering its unique challenges and rewards.

  • Solve, Innovate, Lead :

    Proactively tackle complex challenges, ensuring flawless execution of Cloud Transformation initiatives. With a focus on timely, budget-friendly delivery , you’ll ensure the success of every project.

  • Communicate with
Impact :

Develop and present high-level executive reports, dashboards, and presentations to VPs and C-level executives , keeping them informed and engaged as you lead them through transformative change.

  • Be the
Voice of Success :

Act as the key point of contact for escalations, ensuring smooth project transitions into ongoing operations by partnering with our Support and Customer Success teams.•

    Extensive experience in Casino/Gaming and Hospitality industries. You understand the intricacies of this world and are ready to take it to the next level with technology.

  • Proven Delivery Success :

    8+ years leading high-level program management teams and delivering successful projects in complex environments.

  • Leadership Excellence :

    Demonstrated success in managing and growing consulting services organizations , and the ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.

  • Technical Savvy :

    Deep technical knowledge in datacenter technologies , including hardware , networking , databases , platforms , and applications . You know your stuff when it comes to the technical side of things!

  • Results-Oriented :

    A track record of driving success and delivering exceptional results under tight timelines and high expectations.

  • Master Communicator :

    You’re comfortable presenting to executives , both technical and business-focused, and can clearly articulate complex ideas in both public and private settings.

  • Collaborative Leadership :

Educational Foundation :

Responsibilities
Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Typically leads managers for a territory/region. Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Develops and executes strategic regional plans with guidance from the Sr. Director. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Demonstrates multiple business processes expertise within one product family. Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.

US:

Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • 11 paid holidays
  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
