You’re excited about this role because you’ll… Build and invest into a deeply technical team and environment that intersects the disciplines of Computer Science & Client Experience. Develop thriving relationships across a growing organization with a team first orientation. Provide servant leadership for a fast paced, highly skilled, and results-oriented technology group. Responsibilities:

Your team will thrive as you… Craft a culture passionate about computer science and service to our clients. Focus on outcomes that translate to quality experiences for our clients and team members. Empower the team and technical leads to decompose technical investments into tasks and targets. Lead the engineering team to continuously improve delivery speed, quality, and cost-effective advancements. Advance cybersecurity measures and technologies to continuously improve the company’s security posture and service to clients. Collaborate and help lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis research, and resolution for any production incidents. Identify and remove project risks and roadblocks that would otherwise jeopardize strategic objectives and organizational changes. Deliver consistent and credible communication to stakeholders and executive leadership. Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer in designing and executing the strategic roadmap. Excise unnecessary costs and develop strong, collaborative strategic vendor relationships

You have 10+ years of technology engineering leadership in an enterprise environment. You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent work experience. Score bonus points with… Your past at a digital retail brand and/or in the warehousing / fulfillment / parcel logistics field. Your comprehensive knowledge of software engineering Object-Oriented programming, Service Oriented Architecture, Web Service technologies (SOAP, REST, etc.) Your experience with additional full stack technologies (e.g. Java, Rust, React, Angular, API Gateways, Load Balancers, CDNs, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker) Your history supporting modern workforce enablement (Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Exchange, SSO, JIRA, ServiceNow) Your Cloud Services Certifications(s) and/or training in AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, Etc. Your Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. If you have already achieved one or more of the above, fantastic! If not, we are excited to work with you in mastering new skills like these.
