$76.5K – $114K a year 2 days ago Qualifications Program management Engineering 11+ years Bachelor’s degree Organizational skills Senior level Full Job Description Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is seeking qualified senior level candidates who excel at providing Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for Program Offices within the PEO Missiles and Space. The candidate shall be able to provide a broad range of technical, engineering, and management support for the planning, direction, and control of PEO Missiles and Space programs across Engineering, Programmatic, and Business Management domains. Assist in coordinating and leading interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams in materiel prototype development, testing, and production to meet project objectives. Requires interfacing with and assimilating information from SMEs in the Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Software/Logical, Business, and Operations domains internal to the Project Offices, and across Other Government Agencies and Industry Partners. Serve as a principal advisor to Program Mangers and subordinate leadership on financial, schedule, and technical matters to enable an integrated understanding of program risk and status. Continuously assess, devise, and recommend more efficient and effective methods for communication, reporting and briefing methods to result in improved, streamlined operations. Provide missile-specific technical expertise to inform Integrated Logistics Support activities. Assimilate and distill detailed technical, financial, and schedule information and organize it for presentation to leadership to inform decision making based on fact-based artifacts. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on program goals and deliverables. Serve as program representative in reviews, working groups, and risk management forums. Support preparation of weekly and monthly recurring briefings and taskers including weekly Situational Awareness Report (SITREP), weekly staff calls, monthly program management reviews (PMR). Prepare responses to ad-hoc taskers from internal and external organizations. Assist with the preparation of documentation such as reports, studies, briefings, and weekly status reports. Must be a proactive and adept problem solver, easily adaptable to rapidly changing conditions. The ability to multi-task and quickly pivot between disparate topics is a must. Must have excellent problem solving and program management skills to quickly form, organize, and lead large, diverse, cross-organization Teams.

20 years combined relevant experience with government, industry, or military
Education :
Bachelor’s in engineering discipline, equivalent technical field or relevant military service.
