## Overview
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and coordinate test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct. Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness.
Acquire, input, update, and manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and financial estimates, funding, and expenditure information relevant to AAandE logistics labor and material support of TandE projects using, but not limited to, the following software applications:o Common Scheduling Tool (CST)o PRO3o Trackero Cost Estimating Tool (CET)o Microsoft ExcelManage employees daily input to Tracker and the production of weekly Contractor Input Management System (CIMS) data for AAandE Logistics Team labor charges, review as necessary correct, and submit to the RDSS PMO.Ensure labor, material, and hauling charges are correct and communicate to the government and Project TCs regarding funding depletion; monitor and report on performance against plans to ensure cost objectives are not exceeded.
Support budget planning and execution reviews, including the creation of associated briefing material.
Tracks and processes excess ammo requirements, transportation, shipping, receiving, and demilitarization.
Generates metrics in support of the excess ammo initiative and all other AAandE requirements.
Knowledge of governing policies, regulations, rules, and procedures including, but not limited to, Army Regulation (AR) 190-11, Physical Security of AAandE; Army Regulation (AR) 735-5, Property Accountability Policies; Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 385-64, Ammunition and Explosives Safety Standards; Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 700-16, The Army Ammunition Management System; and Department of Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 710-2-1, Using Unit Supply System and rigorously adhere to them in executing daily AandE operations.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, and
LICENSURE
Bachelors degree in technical, science, or business discipline from an accredited college or university.
Alternatively, 4 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area or 4 years of military training, or a combination thereof, in the specialty area may be substituted for the education requirements.
PREFERRED
EDUCATION and
EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
Proficient user of Microsofts Office 365 suite of software and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsofts SharePoint.
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional.
AAandE logistics experience.
Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS) experience.
U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Ammunition Tracking System (AMCATS) experience.
Prior military experience coupled with an understanding of RDTandE.Ability to brief senior leaders.
Efficiency with Microsoft Office 365 software suite and have an understanding of operational finances.

WORK ENVIORNMENT
AAandE storage facilities, indoors and outdoors test and evaluation facilities and sites, medium-sized transport trucks, and for brief periods a shared office environment. Routinely, work is near, or is directly handling standard and non-standard ammunition and explosives.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described must be met to perform the essential functions of the job – able to: see, hear, and speak; repeatedly lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds; sit for extended time; and use a personal computer and common peripheral devices (e.g., keyboard, mouse, displays, printer).

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE
DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
