This Great Opportunity For A System Programmer PositionFeatures:
Responsibilities include ? Implementation/coordination/maintenance of Chrome for theorganization. Need to ensure stability and patches are completedtimely and without user impact. ? Provide 3rd level desktop support to this Insurance Company. Thisincludes support for XP, Windows7, core application issues, anddesktop software issues. Most issues will be global issues oncethey come in to our team but some will be individual usersupport. ? Diagnose and resolve system / application errors: troubleshootingand working with Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7,etc) ? Must be able to handle constant changing priorities and lastminute requests. ? For individual support issues, ensure to document and shareresolutions with our 1st and 2nd level support teams for possiblefuture issues. ? Deployment of software to users utilizing

Experience for deployments ? Ensure the reliability and availability of enterprise desktopsystems across varied platforms (e.g., server, network, and relatedinfrastructure technologies) ? Auditing of computer systems to ensure they are compliant withexisting security baseline. Makes recommendations for preventivemeasures as necessary ? Research, analyze, and implement software patches for OperatingSystems and CORE business applications. ? Support and schedule operating systems patches, as well aslayered software packages, in accordance with established ITpolicies and procedures ? Write program scripts and/or perform coding for automation ofprocedures
Job Requirements:
? Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM2012) ? Able to work with ticketing system ? Great Communication skills ? Great organizational skills ? Desktop Error Monitoring (DEM), Advanced Group Policy Management(AGPM) or similar deployment technology ? 1 or more years of current systems programming for automation ? Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7 operating system ? Knowledge of storage management and change management tools andconcepts ? Knowledge of security management concepts ? Experience with command line functions and editors ? Knowledge of Project Management Methodology (PMM) or ProductChange Management procedures ?
