Job Description:

Troubleshoot and repair issues with packaged applications ? Gathers, analyzes and translates requirements from business areaand IT partners in order to design technology solutions that meetsthe business need including changing/modifying existingapplications to meet the business need ? Create application packages ? Perform testing of finished packaged applications with user inputto correct or modify packages to customer specifications ? Migrate applications into Production deployment systems and testdeployment capabilities of each package ensuring successfuldelivery ? Responsible for the actualization, implementation and deploymentof packaged application design ? Modify existing applications to ensure compatibility withoperating systems and other software ? Provide complex troubleshooting support for applications residingin various deployment systems ? Writes programming/scripting ?
