Swiss Screw Machine Programmer / Set Up and Operate our CNC Swiss Screw Machines.
Experience:
Requires 5 years’ programming experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Skills to inspect WIP and finished products

Job Duties:
Sets up and operates multi spindle lathe type swiss screw machines. Operate to job orders utilizing travelers, set sheets, routers, programs, and inspection requirements Change and offset tools in machine throughout the process to meet customer dimensions and tolerances ability to utilize thread whirling capabilities Ability to read blue- prints and inspect product and to work with engineering and QC as required. Installs and adjusts collets, bushings, cams, gears, pushers Sets and adjusts cutting speeds and feed rate Replaces and adjust tools in toolholders Cleans and organizes work area. Ability to operate bench grinder on occasion Experience using plug and ring gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
