Need to ensure stability and patches are completedtimely and without user impact. Provide 3rd level desktop support. This includes support for XP,Windows7, core application issues, and desktop software issues.
Most issues will be global issues once they come in to our team butsome will be individual user support. Diagnose and resolve system / application errors: troubleshootingand working with Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7,etc) Must be able to handle constant changing priorities and last minuterequests. Experience for deployments Ensure the reliability and availability of enterprise desktopsystems across varied platforms (e.g., server, network, and relatedinfrastructure technologies) Auditing of computer systems to ensure they are compliant withexisting security baseline. Makes recommendations for preventivemeasures as necessary Research, analyze, and implement software patches for OperatingSystems and CORE business applications.
