Senior MuleSoft Programmer Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior MuleSoft Developer with 12+ years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 6 8 years in MuleSoft development. This is a core development role focused on building scalable and secure integration solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills.
Note:
This is a development-focused role. Support/analyst profiles will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Lead end-to-end project components, mentor junior developers, and provide technical direction Work directly with clients, business stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality APIs and integrations Implement best practices for performance optimization, reusability, and security in integration architecture Own and drive development milestones, ensuring timely delivery with minimal supervision Participate in technical planning, architectural decisions, and code reviews Document integration flows, API specifications, and deployment processes
Required Technical Skills:
Expert-level hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager) Strong knowledge of API development (REST, SOAP), integration design patterns, and enterprise integration architecture Proficient in Java, DataWeave, and various MuleSoft connectors Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Mule applications Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and exposure to DevOps practices Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and how MuleSoft integrates with them
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Proven leadership and team mentoring experience Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 12+ years of total IT experience, with 6 8 years of dedicated MuleSoft development Strong understanding of DataWeave, MuleSoft integration patterns, and enterprise-grade integration scenarios
