    Job Description
    We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

This role involves programming and developing ServiceNow modules, including both new implementations and modifications, as well as adding new features and screens. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow platforms and be able to apply industry best practices to our suite of applications and tools.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Create and modify workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Design and implement new features and screens within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the platform.
  • Develop forms and workflows.
  • Build custom applications.
  • Configure notifications.
  • Monitor and work the ServiceNow team s support queue.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
  • Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications to meet changing business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements and overall IT strategy.
  • Document development processes and procedures.
    Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent related experience required.
  • 3 or more years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITBM modules preferred.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Release Management processes.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
