Gwinnett County, GA Class Summary Job Description:
This is a professional level job where incumbents perform analytical work in either conducting studies, audits or handling special projects to assist upper management in making decisions. Incumbents are expected to analyze information and provide recommendations in reports and presentations. Incumbents should possess functional knowledge of CMMS software, related tools, relational databases, and reporting software.
Essential Duties:
Performing a variety of advanced administrative functions for Field Operations within the Department of Water Resources Use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Assisting with reports, reviews, and/or other related documents Daily utilization of MS Products (Such as Word, Excel, Access, etc) Creating/modifying Standard Operating Guides (SOGs) Conducting research, analyzing findings, and writing analyses Reporting software, such as
Crystal Reports Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a closely related field; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Valid Driver’s License from state of residency The Grade for this position is B241.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft applications; Crystal Reports; CMMS software
