Adecco is partnering with a well-established, family-owned precision manufacturingpany in Billerica, MA to hire a CNC Mill•Lathe Machinist/Programmer. With over 50 years in the industry, thispany is recognized for excellence in machining stainless steel and high-temperature alloys, and it serves a variety of industries in a state-of-the-art, clean, and technology-driven facility.
If you’re a motivated CNC professional with programming experience and a passion for precision, this full-time, direct hire 1st shift opportunity might be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machine tools, including multi-axis lathes.
Independently take metal from raw stock to finished part.
Interpret and work from customer drawings, blues, and technical specifications.
Determine appropriate speeds, feeds, tooling, and machining sequences.
Make necessary adjustments and trial cuts to achieve required tolerances.
Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and CMMs.
trigonometric formulas and shop math to layout and inspection tasks.
Operate and program with Fusion360 (preferred) or Mastercam (acceptable).
Perform general machining and finishing operations as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 5 years’ CNC machining and programming experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Strong attention to detail and familiarity with modern machining practices and tooling.
Solid work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay Details:

$28.00 to $40.00 per hour
