The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated entry-level IT Support/Junior Programmer to join our growing technology team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys a mix of user support, hands-on technical work, and programming.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain and assist with internal business systems written in COBOL, Swift, and Java. Setup and deploy user work stations both in-office and remote. Respond to telephone, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution. Correct business application issues, solve network and security problems, and identify common PC software and hardware problems. Support software/hardware on equipment such as scanners, copiers, monitors, printers, and other peripherals. Assist the team with other duties and projects as assigned.

What You Bring:

Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Swift, and COBOL. (Helpful, not required) General IT Knowledge with proficiency in Windows, Office, Azure, and MacOS Solid problem-solving skills and a desire to learn Strong communication skills with a focus on user support Ability to work well independently and in a team setting Why Join Us?
