Senior Programmer Analyst is needed to perform the below mentioned job duties:

• Analyze business processes, and document analysis through workflow and data flow diagrams.
• Analyze user persona journeys through systems, and document through user experience workflows and wireframes
• Analysis and understanding of data structures and business objects, with documentation through entity relationship diagrams and field mappings.
• Create user stories and refine stories with business stakeholders, product owners, developers and testers.
• Solid understanding of both web applications, services, and backend ERPs
• Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodology
• Good design skills and well aware of software architectures
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Facilitate understanding and creation of test scripts with business stakeholders and QA team members.
• Coordinate testing cycles with QA team
• Coordinate user acceptance testing cycles with business stakeholders
• Review and approve SDLC project documents, Technical Specs and Functional Specs.
• Understanding new products requirements
• Analyze performance requirements for the projects by code quality and coverage using Unit testing tools.
• Develop and executed manual tests based on Functional Requirements and Design Specifications;
• Work with Development and System Engineers to resolve defects and change requests defects;
• Analyze, review, and alter program to increase operational efficiency or adapt to new requirement.
• Perform debugging and Analytical skills to identify resolve the problem.
• Provide technical assistance to program user
• Ensure high quality in all software development projects, enhancement or application changes
• Provide strategic guidance for new product testing.
• Identify and track quality risk action items to resolution. Ensure testing follows approved QA Standards, templates and best practices;
• Design test plans and define cases for functional, integration system and user Acceptance testing; Bachelor’s Degree is required in
