Computer Programmer Position Available In Morris, New Jersey

Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group and in creating a technology domain roadmap. Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals. Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new features and process enhancements. Recommend product customization for system integration. Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes. Exhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge of competitors, products and services. Impact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services. Develop and lead efforts on building technical design in association with the Lead Architect. Review and analyze requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Implement the best practices and coding standards of the projects. Review and analyze system specifications. Design, build, test and deploy code. Provide technical guidance to development team and review team deliverables. Participate in daily scrum ceremonies and review meetings with the Product Manager as needed.

Duties entail work with Springboot, Hibernate, Redis, Gradle, Postgres, AWS and Java.

Requires a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related, plus 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupations of Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, Software Developer, Software Developer Applications, Student Software Developer, Computer Systems Analyst or related.
