Programmer/Analyst 3 Quality Staffing Nashville, TN 37243 Quality Staffing, Inc., also doing business as Goddard Mason Executive Search, a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the area’s top companies, is looking for an experienced Programmer/Analyst 3 to work through our agency as a contract employee with the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation (TN EC) located in Nashville, TN. This is a remote position working from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours. The pay rate for this position is $57.00 per hour. Duties and Responsibilities for Programmer/Analyst 3 position: Analyze functional business requirements and design specifications for developing programs for desktop and distributed environments which include personal computers, client server environments, and browser-based or n-tier environments. Translate detailed design into computer software. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhance software to reduce operating time or to improve efficiency. Education and Experience Requirements for Programmer/Analyst 3 position: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of current experience in this job class.

Primary skill sets required include:

Knowledge of SOLARIS and Windows operating systems Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and Oracle Internet Development tools Visual Basic, Java, and .NET programming languages Visual Basic Script, JavaScript, JSPs, EJBs, XML, and HTML Secondary skill sets required include: Knowledge of Microsoft’s Internet Information Server (IIS), Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to provide the functionality of encryption and decryption of data Object Oriented and UML methodologies Knowledge of other State software standards for desktop and distributed systems Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and a relational database such as Oracle 19g. Experience in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, including the development of store procedures, functions, and triggers. Experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and providing customer support for custom developed web-based application. MUST be local to the Nashville area
