We are seeking an experienced Robot Programmer to develop, implement, and deploy cutting-edge robotic software solutions. From conceptualization to testing and commissioning, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality automation solutions for our projects. You’ll also be an integral part of our onsite commissioning team and provide support for project integration, either onsite or from one of our U.S. offices. You’ll collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and PLC software engineering teams to develop and optimize solutions, approaching challenges with a mechatronic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robotic software applications and hardware solutions. Test and commission robotic systems for full functionality and reliability. Work with onsite teams during project deployment phases. Develop custom project-specific software tailored to customer requirements. Support project integration efforts both onsite and remotely. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and PLC software engineers to optimize solutions. Explore new technologies and automation concepts to drive innovation. Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience in robotic programming. Strong knowledge of customer standards in the automotive industry, specifically BMW, Volkswagen, and other major OEMs. Proficiency in robot programming languages such as FANUC, KUKA, or ABB. Strong teamwork and communication skill. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under tight project timelines. Strong teamwork and communication skill s – must collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams. Willingness to travel as needed for project deployments and onsite support. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, customer requirements, and evolving automation standards.
