Remote (with occasional onsite possible at 500 James Robertson Pkwy, Nashville, TN)

Security Requirement:

Baseline Background Check seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst•3 to support and enhance custom-developed, web-based, and distributed applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in application analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation, with a focus on Oracle PL/SQL development , web application support , and data integration services .

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze functional business requirements and technical design specifications. Develop, test, debug, and refine software applications for desktop, client-server, and browser-based systems. Translate detailed designs into operational software programs. Develop and support complex SQL and PL/SQL queries , stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Enhance existing applications to improve performance and operational efficiency. Provide customer and end-user technical support for developed applications. Document program logic, process workflows, and user-level instructions. Participate in integration planning, data migration efforts, and software upgrades.

5+ years’ experience in Oracle PL/SQL development. Experience developing complex stored procedures, functions, and database triggers. Demonstrated experience with Oracle 12c/19c and relational database management. Strong background supporting and troubleshooting custom web-based applications. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
