Digital Analytics Coordinator 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars 201 Office Park Dr, Birmingham, AL 35223 The Digital Analytics Coordinator will be directly responsible for the successful initiation and implementation of new digital clients, including managing website transfers to new platforms and creating client dataVerse instances. They serve as a critical point of contact, communicating project needs and progress to the appropriate team members and the client.
Responsibilities:
Directly manage the onboarding of new digital clients, ensuring complete and consistent setup. Gather all necessary information for implementation across all digital areas, including but not limited to Paid Search, Organic Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. Speak directly with clients to guide them through granting us access to accounts. Work closely with digital team members to monitor the progress of startups, executing checklists fully. Provide weekly reports to management on the progress of new clients for 90 days from the start of implementation. Review and ensure successful implementation of all digital campaigns, scripts, and measurement protocols. Communicate project needs and progress to appropriate team members in a clear, positive manner. Learn and understand how to fix or execute elements related to startups. Manage the process of transferring websites to new platforms as a project, working directly with the SEO team, Account Executive, DSS, and web platform team to ensure proper information flow. Facilitate the transfer of webpages from old platforms to new ones. Provide weekly reports to management on the progress of website implementation up to 30 days post-live date. Assist in day-to-day digital tasks, month-end tasks, and special projects. Initiate the creation of clients’ dataVerse instance. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the manager. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing areas, including Paid Search, Organic Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. Proficiency in using digital tools, such as dataVerse. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
