Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with basic IT knowledge who are eager to develop their skills and advance their careers in the IT field.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. Document and track support requests using our ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
