Job Description
Description One of our top clients is looking to bring on 2 individuals to their team on a 3 month contract to take some of the work load off of their current service desk team that will be helping out with an organizational upgrade. They are looking for an individual that has worked in a helpdesk or call center environment providing remote technical support to end users. The ticketing system they use is Cherwell and this individual will be receiving roughly 30-45 calls per day ranging from password reset issues to email internet connectivity issues. It is very important that this individual provides excellent customer service while resolving these tickets. This team has a 89% first call resolution so they would like to stay close to that. If they do not know the answers, they have a Tier 2 team they can escalate questions to. They will have to work onsite from 8-5 M-F. Skills Customer service, Troubleshooting, genesis, Microsoft, Cherwell Top Skills Details Customer service, Troubleshooting, genesis, Microsoft, Cherwell Additional Skills & Qualifications #1 Technical understanding how computers work and can trouble shoot. They use Genesis for their calls and Cherwell as their ticketing system. Experience in both of these would be beneficial. #2 Quick on their feet when it comes to troubleshooting- if they don’t know anything they should be able to find it. #3 Need to be empathetic.
