DESCRIPTION
To provide computer and technology service and technical support to district and school end users. (Job Description 1.11F)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma; Associates Degree Preferred; will consider person with background and experience in computer technology; working knowledge of district software and hardware applications; knowledge of printers and scanners; ability to troubleshoot and fix computer hardware and software; ability to analyze and solve problems; ability of multitasking and prioritizing issues; willing to work from a step ladder; should be able to lift at least 50 lbs; good communication skills and the ability to work well with other people.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
Will be required to take a Computer Skills Test
