The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide effective IT assistance to our staff. Duties Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other IT equipment Manage user accounts and permissions Assist with network administration tasks Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner Analyze and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity Utilize ServiceNow or similar tools for ticket management Experience Proficiency in GPO (Group Policy Objects) configuration Strong ability to communicate technical information effectively Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network fundamentals Experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management platforms Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role would be advantageous
