Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated Tier I Service Technician to join our team full-time. Tier I technicians are often the first point of contact for clients requiring technical assistance and play a vital role in delivering timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to initial client inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system. Provide front-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems; escalate complex issues when necessary. Log all activities, resolutions, and communications accurately in the ticketing system. Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude in all interactions.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who is: Passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer service. Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
