Full-Time Position Summary:
Work with IT Team and Operations Department to allow the organization to work fluidly and efficiently in their everyday tasks while enabling Lifeline to always stay optimized and compliant. This position is the first line of technical support for Lifeline and strives to be a positive addition to the face of IT to our organization, clients and tenants.
Essential Duties:
To be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners
Actively participates on the team in a manner aligned with scripture including, but not limited to, praying for and with other team members, sharing scripture in daily activities and leadership, modeling the character of Jesus Christ in interactions with team and any external clients, partners, vendors, etc.
Disciples ministry partners and clients.
Aligns team dynamics, internal and external processes, and final product of team’s work with Biblical principles and with Lifeline’s core values
Serve as one of the local subject matter experts supporting Mac OS, Windows, and all common office software and applications, such as Microsoft O365 Suite, JotForm Enterprise, Dynamics 365 and Teams
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, applications, domain and Microsoft O365 accounts, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
Handle IT and Database support tickets in a timely and professional manner
Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, audio/visual equipment and phones
Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, boost efficiency and accuracy in IT and Databases
Identify, support and help rectify cybersecurity threats and raise awareness of new attack vectors
Assist organization adoption of AI, specifically through Microsoft Copilot
Execute system and network administration, design, documentation, implementation, and testing, ensuring components meet needs and work together seamlessly
Introduce and train employees on all software, hardware as well as IT and Database Programs, and Policies used by LCS
Troubleshoot and provide technical support when needed
Provide technical support at Lifeline events, where needed
Assists with and attends ministry special events, training, staff retreat, etc.
Agrees with and signs the Employee ment and ment of Faith
Upholds the mission, vision, values, and strategies of the ministry

Executive Team Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or 2 years undergraduate education (equivalent experience will be considered)
At least one year of relevant experience, required
Work Environment:
