Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications Support Format and review proposals, presentations, and other content assets adhering to company templates and style guides. Distribute Stephens content via HTML email blasts (newsletters, digital invitations, etc.). Reinforce the Stephens brand standards to both internal and external audiences. Maintain company intranet. Assist in the onboarding of new employees. Utilize desktop publishing software to create employee benefit guides. Analytics Support Assist with data audits and reporting requests. Organize and prepare spreadsheets for analysis.

Technology Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical support requests. Provide support on common technology issues.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Associate’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced user of Microsoft Office products, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), Word (templates, formatting), PowerPoint (professional presentations), Publisher, and Outlook (calendar management and communication). Experience using a mass email platform. Additional web skills are a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent organization and task management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
