Therap Services, the national leader in online electronic healthrecords and documentation for people with developmentaldisabilities is seeking individuals to fill the positions forSupport Specialists.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Train and consultwith service providers, families and others regarding the use ofTherap Services software.
- Provide support and guidance to serviceprofessionals across our customer base that utilize Therap Servicessoftware.
- Guide customers on utilization of the software usinglive customer support, webinars and workshops.
- Communicatecustomer feedback to respective teams to help design and improvesystem and training materials.
Preferences:
- Experience working inthe human service field is recommended.
- Experience using TherapServices applications is highly recommended.
- Interest indevelopmental disabilities, teaching, public speaking andpresenting.
