Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure while providing excellent technical support to our internal teams. Strong background in IT systems, networks, and security, along with the ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve complex technical issues. Responsibilities:
- Design new and modify existing Access databases using VBA
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers, databases, and other IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, including backups, security measures, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and manuals for IT systems and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methods to improve IT operations.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with network administration, system installation, and configuration.
- Proficient in Visual Basic, MS PowerShell, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Exchange and Adobe Acrobat. HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
