• IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 technicians, resolving more complex end-user and system issues. Support Windows desktop and server environments, Office 365, Active Directory, and network infrastructure. Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting for client systems including workstations, servers, firewalls, and cloud platforms. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client environments and issue resolution steps using our PSA and documentation systems. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and projects, including system audits, cleanups, and migrations. Work collaboratively with Tier 1 and Tier 3 staff to ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction remains high. Participate in rotating on-call schedule and provide after-hours support when required. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in an MSP or multi-client environment. Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments (2016-2022) Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Remote access tools (RDP, VPN, etc.) Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, VLANs, WiFi) Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Autotask, ConnectWise) and documentation platforms (e.g., IT Glue). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Datto, Veeam) Experience with RMM tools (e.g., N-central, Kaseya, Atera) Exposure to Azure AD, Intune, or other cloud management platforms Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Fortinet NSE are a plus Why Join Artemis IT?
