Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for Tier 1 and 2 software and hardware support. They should be able to provide technical advice, guidance, and informal training to customers using hardware and software programs. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving routine technical service and equipment issues by analyzing, identifying, and diagnosing faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge of basic to moderately complex hardware and software products, and proven troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
